expositor and editor of The Missionary Review of the
World.
Acting pastor during the illness and after the death of Charles
Spurgeon at Metropolitan Tabernacle, London (1891-1893).
Speaker at D. L. Moody's Northfield Conferences and Keswick
Convention in England. Consulting editor for Scofield
Reference Bible (1909). Wrote nearly 50 books, including
the biography, George Müller of Bristol. |
