"Of the Scriptures. We believe the Holy Bible was written by men supernaturally inspired by God and what they wrote is truth without any mixture of error and is therefore the only complete and final revelation of the will of God to mankind. We believe the King James Version to be this Holy Bible, the inspired, preserved Word of God in the English language. We do not mean that the English language translators were inspired as they translated. However, because what they translated is an accurate and faithful translation of the inspired Hebrew and Greek texts, the King James Version is therefore the inspired, preserved Word of God in the English language. We believe the Masoretic Hebrew text and the Textus Receptus Koine Greek text to be the inspired, preserved Word of God in the Hebrew and Koine Greek languages. II Peter 1:19-21, II Timothy 3:16-17, Psalm 119:160, John 12:43." —from Doctrinal Statement on Web site.

"We believe that the Bible is the verbally inspired and infallible,
authoritative Word of God and that God gave the words of Scripture by
inspiration without error in the original autographs. God promises that
He will preserve His Word; Jesus said, "my words shall not pass
away"—Matt. 24:35. We believe God has kept that promise by preserving
His infallible Word in the traditional Hebrew and Greek manuscripts and
that the Authorized Version (KJV) is an accurate English translation
of the preserved Word of God.
Pensacola Christian College is committed to the plenary, verbal inspiration of the Bible, and it is our practice to use only the Authorized Version (KJV) in the pulpit and in classroom instruction. 1. The Holy Bible was written by men divinely inspired and is God’s revelation
of Himself to man. It is a perfect treasure of divine instruction. It has God for
its author, salvation for its end, and truth, without any mixture of error, for
its matter. Therefore, all Scripture is totally true and trustworthy. It reveals
the principles by which God judges us, and therefore is, and will remain to
the end of the world, the true center of Christian union, and the supreme
standard by which all human conduct, creeds, and religious opinions should
be tried. All Scripture is a testimony to Christ, who is Himself the focus of
2. We believe that the Bible is preserved in the Masoretic Hebrew Text, the Greek Textus Receptus, and in the King James Version for the English-speaking people. The King James Version alone is authorized for use in preaching and teaching.—Statement of Faith, 2013-1014 Catalog. 1/2014

We believe the Scriptures to be the inerrant, infallible Word of God, as found within the 66 books from Genesis to Revelation. We believe the King James Version is the preserved Word of God for the English-speaking people and is the only acceptable translation to be used in this college by faculty or students (Psalm 12:6-7; 2 Timothy 3:15-17; 1 Peter 1:23-25; 2 Peter 1:19-21)" —from Doctrinal Statement. 2/2014

Orders: 1-800-JOHN 10:9
Began 1965. Bible-believing, fundamentalist, separatist, Baptist organization.
Extensive publishing ministry (print, audio and videocassettes, CDs) offering hundreds of titles defending the King James Bible and its underlying Hebrew and Greek texts, and exposing the various modern versions.

Began 1978. "In defense of Traditional Bible texts."
"The Bible. We believe in the plenary, verbal, Divine inspiration of the sixty-six canonical books of the Old and the New Testaments (from Genesis to Revelation) in the original languages, and in their consequent infallibility and inerrancy in all matters of which they speak (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:21; 1 Thessalonians 2:13). The books known as the Apocrypha, however, are not the inspired Word of God in any sense whatsoever. As the Bible uses it, the term "inspiration" refers to the writings, not the writers (2 Timothy 3:16-17); the writers are spoken of as being "holy men of God" who were "moved," "carried" or "borne" along by the Holy Spirit (2 Peter 1:21) in such a definite way that their writings were supernaturally, plenarily, and verbally inspired, free from any error, infallible, and inerrant, as no other writings have ever been or ever will be inspired.
We believe that the Texts which are the closest to the original autographs of the Bible are the Traditional Masoretic Hebrew Text for the Old Testament, and the traditional Greek Text for the New Testament underlying the King James Version (as found in "The Greek Text Underlying The English Authorized Version of 1611").
We believe that the King James Version (or Authorized Version) of the English Bible is a true, faithful, and accurate translation of these two providentially preserved Texts, which in our time has no equal among all of the other English Translations. The translators did such a fine job in their translation task that we can without apology hold up the Authorized Version of 1611 and say "This is the WORD OF GOD!" while at the same time realizing that, in some verses, we must go back to the underlying original language Texts for complete clarity, and also compare Scripture with Scripture.
We believe that all the verses in the King James Version belong in the Old and the New Testaments because they represent words we believe were in the original texts, although there might be other renderings from the original languages which could also be acceptable to us today. For an exhaustive study of any of the words or verses in the Bible, we urge the student to return directly to the Traditional Masoretic Hebrew Text and the Traditional Received Greek Text rather than to any other translation for help." —from The Dean Burgon's Society's Articles of Faith.

"The Inspiration of the Bible. We believe the Holy Scriptures, composed of the thirty-nine books of the Old Testament and the twenty-seven books of the New Testament, are the verbally inspired Word and Revelation of God. The Bible is inerrant, infallible-God-breathed. The initial miracle of divine inspiration of the original autographs also extends to the divine preservation of a pure text to this day. We have, therefore, the very Word of God preserved through the Hebrew Masoretic Text and the Greek Textus Receptus. In the English language, the only Bible translated from the aforementioned texts is the King James Version. Psalm 19:7-11; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:16-21; Luke 24:13-28; John 16:12-16; Psalm 12:6-7; Isaiah 40:8; Psalm 138:2." —Our Stand. 1/2014

By inspiration, we mean the books of the Bible were written by holy men of old, as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. We believe that the King James Bible is the only Word of God for English speaking people today. Galatians 3:16; 2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:19-21" —from Doctrinal Statement. 1/2014

It is the inspired, inerrant, infallible, and altogether authentic, accurate and authoritative Word of God, therefore the supreme and final authority in all things (2 Tim. 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:21; Rev. 22:18-19)." —from What We Believe. 1/2014
Established in 1974. A fundamental Baptist preaching and publishing ministry based in Bethel Baptist Church, London, Ontario, Canada. Publications include O Timothy magazine; Way of Life Encyclopedia of the Bible & Christianity, and Fundamental Baptist Information Service.
"The Scriptures. The Bible, with its 66 books, is the very Word of God. The Bible is verbally and plenarily inspired as originally given and it is divinely preserved in the Hebrew Masoretic Text and the Greek Received Text. The Bible is our sole authority in all matters of faith and practice. The King James Version in English is an example of an accurate translation of the preserved Hebrew and Greek texts; we believe it can be used with confidence. We reject modern textual criticism and the modern versions that this pseudo-science has produced, such as the American Standard Version, the New American Standard Version, the Revised Standard Version, and the New International Version). We also reject the dynamic equivalency method of Bible translation which results in a careless version that only contains the general ideas rather than the very words of God. Examples of dynamic equivalency versions are the Today’s English Version, the Living Bible, and The Message. (2 Samuel 23:2; Psalm 12:6-7; Proverbs 30:5-6; Matthew 5:18; 24:35; John 17:17; Acts 1:16; 3:21; 1 Corinthians 2:7-16; 2 Timothy 3:15- 17; 2 Peter 1:19-21; Revelation 22:18-19). —Statement of Faith. 1/2014
